Candor and coaching on business and behavioral results are essential components in a work environment that enable employees to work effectively together and increase performance. To build productive relationships with those you lead, work with and serve as a practice manager, it is necessary to learn how to manage ourselves and our interactions. This session will teach participants:

  •  The three competencies critical to be high performing at work
  •  Relationship management skills that impact productivity and morale
  •  Communication norms and ground rules for work teams to live by
  •  Every employee's obligation to making payroll
