List of Internship Duties in Practice:
Perform reproductive ultrasounds on mares, time ovulation. Assist with stallion collections. Perform foal outs. Rotate between in-house and ambulatory clinicians. |
Emergency Duty Requirements:
On call for foal outs and other reproductive emergencies. |
Amount of Supervision:
All the work in the facility will be supervised by a clinician. Work in the field may not be supervised all the time. |
