Business Education Workshop

The competitive landscape of equine veterinary medicine has changed considerably in recent years. Practices don’t just grow automatically anymore.

With profit margins under pressure from an increasingly challenging and price-sensitive operating environment, sound management can separate the thriving practice from the surviving practice.

The AAEP’s Business Education Workshop will help you unlock the commercial potential of your practice by introducing communication and management strategies designed to strengthen customer loyalty, identify additional profit sources and, when the time comes, develop an effective exit plan to ensure a seamless succession and lock in the true value of your business.

The Workshop is a two-for-one education event, as attendees can also participate in Focus on Dentistry sessions.

Registration, hotel reservations and the complete program are available below.

Sponsored by: Equine Specialties
