Please note that the exhibitor prospectus will not be mailed out this year. Click here to view this year's Exhibitor Prospectus. All exhibitors are responsible for the information cited in the prospectus. Note: Submitting an application for booth space or an authorized signature on the official application form indicates the exhibitor has read, understands and agrees to abide by all rules, regulations and restrictions outlined in the applications and prospectus.

Hours: Sunday, December 7:          10a.m. - 5p.m.
              Monday, December 8:        10a.m. - 5p.m.
              Tuesday, December 9:        10a.m. - 5p.m.
              Wednesday, December 10: 9a.m. - 2p.m.

Freeman Online-Available October 2008
 
Freeman exhibitor kits will not be prined this year. All ordering for Freeman must be done online.
 

Important Dates
 
  • March 26: Final booth payments due
  • August 18: Guide to Exhibits forms due
  • Mid-September: Housing information and convention registration kits mailed to confirmed exhibitors
  • October: Freeman Online available
  • November 1: Badge Request forms due'
  • December 6: Move-in for exhibitors, 9 a.m. - 7 p.m.
  • December 7-10: Show dates (Hours TBD)
  • December 10: Move-out for exhibitors

Hospitality/Affliate Request Form
 
Hospitality suites, special parties, seminars and other exhibitor-sponsored events are not permitted at any time during the following dates of the convention: Wednesday, Nov. 26 through Thursday, Dec. 11, 2008. No space will be made available to any of the AAEP contracted hotels or convention cneter for privated events unless Debbie Miles, AAEP meeting coordinator, approves the request. All exhibitors requesting meeting space must fill out a form with specific details regarding your event. All forms must be approved by the AAEP and on file prior to the convention. Any unapproved event will be shut down immediately. Click here  to download the Hospitality/Affiliate Request form.
 

California State Sales Tax Information
 
Download and review the information regarding a California Seller's Permit during the AAEP Annual Convention and Trade Show. It states "you are generally required to obtain a seller's permit if you sell or lease goods and merchandise in the state of California. A seller's permit allows you to sell items at the wholesale or retail level. You cannot legally make sales of taxable items in California until you have been issued a seller's permit".

Guide to Exhibits
 
If you have not done so already, download the Guide to Exhibits  form to submit information about your company to be included in the 2008 Convention Program. Deadline for submission is Aug. 18, 2008.
