The AAEP Trade Show is the place to find the latest developments in products and services for Trade Show Interaction

equine health practitioners. It is a three-day trade show, and the program for the convention is designed to allow plenty of browse time for the nearly 600 exhibits.

This year's show will take place in San Antonio, Texas, in conjunction with the AAEP's 57th Annual Convention. Click here to view this year's Virtual Trade Show. This will allow you to find company locations, products and services before you arrive in San Antonio.

Trade Show Hours

Saturday, November 19: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Sunday, November 20: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Monday, November 21: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

AAEP Drug Compounding Policy

The Board of Directors of the American Association of Equine Practitioners (AAEP) approved a new policy for compounding pharmacies to exhibit in the trade show that went into effect in December 2010. Only compounding pharmacies that are accredited through the Pharmacy Compounding Accreditation Board (PCAB) will be allowed to exhibit; however, at that time they will be permitted to exhibit, market, and/or display their company's products. Any company that is not accredited through PCAB, and has any compounded products as part of its company's business, will not be allowed to participate.
