Designated Gift Disaster Relief FundThis fund was created after four major hurricanes hit in just six weeks in 2004. Funds were raised to assist in the aftermath of these disasters to help supply Florida veterinarians with satellite telephones, lent aid by supplying funds for hay and food for our equine friends. This fund has also funded the training of AAEP student chapter veterinary students in emergency and disaster
preparedness. Now and in the future, AAEP Foundation Equine Disaster Relief Fund will support valuable disaster preparedness resources and response efforts for horses, veterinarians and horse caregivers. Click here to make a gift.
