    All reservations must be received by November 14, 2014 to guarantee availability and special rates. If you are interested in booking a hotel suite, please e-mail help@orchideventsolutions.com. There are a limited number available at a discounted rate for AAEP attendees.

    Orchid Event Solutions will send reservation confirmation within 24 hours via e-mail if booked online or by telephone, your confirmation will be sent within 72 hours of receipt. You will not receive a written confirmation from the hotel.
