Planning Your Convention Experience

Welcome to the AAEP's new interactive convention scheduling tool! You can easily plan your convention experience before you leave for Las Vegas by choosing the scientific sessions, social events and meetings you want to attend. How It Works

The AAEP Interactive Convention allows you to search by keyword, speaker or day. If you would like to see all sessions, meetings and events taking place at the convention do not select any search critieria and click search. Once you have done a search you will see out to the right-hand side of each item is an "add" button. If this is a program you would like to attend, click "add" and it will add that program to your schedule. When you have finished selecting your programs, click the "My Schedule" button to view what you have selected. You may edit your selections at anytime. When you are ready to print your schedule to bring with you onsite, click the "Printer-Friendly Version" button.
