 Travel Information

AAEP has selected The Travel Authority as the official travel agency for selected meetings and the annual convention. Call the 24 hour service line at (800) 445-0419 and you will receive the lowest fares available at the time of booking. As with most travel agencies, a service charge of $36 will apply to each ticket booked and utilized. Please note that The Travel Authority will e-mail or fax to its clients all reservations for review. Clients must verify with The Travel Authority within 24 hours that the information is correct or the reservations will not be ticketed.
